The Fairway student housing apartments offer spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans with significant recent upgrades. The interior renovations encompass new sinks and faucets, quartz countertops, black stainless appliances, luxury vinyl tile flooring, LED light fixtures, electronic front door lock system, and new brushed nickel doorknobs. In addition, the fitness center was upgraded with new fitness machines, fresh paint, new flooring, and flat-screen TVs. We've also added a hot tub, fire pit, eco-friendly dog park and BBQ area to our community.
